Frasers Cars were great because they are friendly, trustworthy and always offer me a good deal.

I would not recommend Frasers Cars because the vehicle has now been returned to Frasers due to a number of faults. These faults were not identified by Frasers during preparation for handover. The vehicle has been back at Frasers since 20 Feb and they have been unable to give me a timescale when they will be able to complete work as they have had to refer to MG. I do not believe the car was of suitable standard or fit for purpose when handed over - I have registered a complaint and am waiting on a response.

I'd recommend Frasers Cars to a friend because they offer a friendly, helpful service and have a good range of MG cars that fit a breadth of lifestyles. The sales team are all very confident, approachable and great at explaining the process. I feel confident in the service offered and I am very happy with my new car!
